Sprinter C. Kunalan embodies the Olympic values of friendship, excellence and respect on and off track. A reporter shadowed him and failed to keep up - he did about 60 push-ups and 70 sit-ups each done in under one minute. He sometimes does a longer 5km run around the park, but he is taking a break from it because of heel pain. Although he is 67 years old but the exercises he does cannot be compared to a 20 plus year old guy. I think that Sprinter C. Kunalan is a respected man and we should all learn from him.TingWei (24)
