Be Wary Of Peer Pressure - IN straits times Pg.3

This piece of article is about people who can't cope with pressure and ending up taking drugs .
It can be very hard to say 'No' to friends or even strangers about many things , not just drugs.
Its can be either smoking , cutting yourself , and many stupid acts that can be done , thinking that such deeds could make those pressure off their minds.
Instead of getting themselves drugged , they do have other forms of method that can minimise their pressure , by not doing things that are harmful.
They could look up for people who they trust , or trusted friends , speak out about their problems. Friends that are not in bad company , friends that don't ask you to do stupid things or even do drugs!
And people could learn to say " no " to drugs or any other harmful stuffs.
Or when feeling pressurise , they could seek for their families members , as their the closest and understands more than others do.
Hence , people who can't say " no " to drugs , has to learn how to or think positively , calm down and sort it all out in a good way.

Parkour Makes Great Leaps In Land Of Gongfu.

Well , in this article , teens in china makes use of playground to be a ' training ' place for cool moves/ sports. The wall and railings towered over one of them , in a smooth motion , swinging his lean body over them and landing on the other side like a gongfu moves.
Passerby or resisdents , raised their eyebrows or admiring their moves. I thought that , even this makes you feel cool , or you could train yourself stronger or doing stunts , it still not something save to do.
We might never know when accidents might happen. What if they were to fell or knock onto the railings , the impact that the injuries caused is going to be very serious.
Such activites is dangerous . Refering to what Mr.Liu , a widely considered skilled traceurs , he said , " The key is learning to control your mind and your body ".
" Know what you're capable of , and avoid reckless attempt moves outside of your skill level " .
Therefore , i would like to end of by saying , if people who want to take up such cool moves , they could go for a course. If they were to ' train ' in the playground zone , firstly , people who walks by will be thinking that it was cool and awesome. Eventually , they will take this as something cool to do . Secondly , they never thought of what consequences it may brings , hurting yourself or worst.
Thirdly , playground was meant to be for childrens to play and enjoy , not for doing cool moves , swinging around.
