Some schools have ditched punishments for latecomers and instead tried rewarding those who come on time or providing buses from the bus interchange to school. Firstly, students should be more responsible on time to school, and there should not have any arguement with teacher, when you been caught for late coming, but except the valueable reason. However, there are some schools tried to reward those students, who come to school on time. But I think it is extra and not necessary to do such thing. Because it is the responsibility of students. Whether come to school on time or not, it shows the attitude of a person.
